THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Richard Brockhurst — founder of 555.
After years working in the fitness industry and co-founding 3 Aces Training, a strength and conditioning gym in central London, I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to coach people from all walks of life.
What drives me is simple: helping people feel better, improving their connection to training and their bodies, and bringing more balance in their day-to-day life.
Over time, my focus has shifted towards what actually supports long-term health — not just performance in the gym but how we manage stress, move through life and make choices that align with how we want to live and feel.
I care about building trust, doing things properly and supporting people in a way that fits their real life — not just an ideal version of it.
OUTSIDE OF COACHING, I ENJOY PLAYING GOLF, Surfing, HIKING, CYCLING, BBQ-ING, BUT ALSO LOVE QUIET TIME AT HOME COOKING, READING AND SPENDING TIME WITH MY FAMILY.
